We can only give advice at the counter if the information given to us is correct, please make sure what we discuss is suitable.Once you've made your list bring it in to us and let us run through it with you to ensure that it makes sense and that there is no clash with colour or design or any odd 'forgotten bits'.
We want to ensure that when you order your goods, you are totally happy with what you have chosen.
We accept payment by cash, cheque and most UK credit or debit cards. We ask for a 40% deposit at the time of order (except for specially manufactured goods for which we may need complete payment in advance) and that the balance is paid at the time you collect your goods, or 24 hours prior to them being delivered.
Our own delivery vehicles operates throughout the South East from Monday to Friday and delivery of your order will be made as soon as you wish, once your order is ready. Delivery is free on all orders over £150 in value within a local area.
Please arrange for delivery no later than 3-4 working days before any works are to be carried out, this is so that the items delivered can be inspected. If there is an item which is faulty or incorrect then it gives us a fighting chance to get a replacement in so that the installation can continue as planned.
